This Return and Refund Policy outlines how subscription-related payments are managed on the StratFinance platform. All terms are provided for informational purposes and apply to subscription access to platform features.

1. Digital Service Nature

StratFinance provides access to digital layout tools and static financial structuring resources. These services are delivered electronically and do not include physical goods. Because of their format, use begins at the time of access.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in specific cases where the user has not accessed or activated any features within 3 business days from the date of payment. Any request outside this window may be reviewed but does not guarantee refund issuance.

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

Once access to structured templates or dashboards is initiated, the subscription is considered in use. Refunds are not processed after a feature has been accessed or downloaded. This includes use of platform layouts, dashboards, or roadmap views.

4. Trial Access Clarification

StratFinance does not currently offer trial periods or preview access. Subscription begins upon activation and is billed according to the selected plan. Users are encouraged to contact our team for platform descriptions before subscribing.

5. Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund review, users must send a written request via email with the subject line “Refund Request.” The message should include the full name, payment reference, and the reason for the request. Each request is reviewed manually.

6. Timing of Resolution

Responses to refund-related messages are typically processed within 5–7 business days. No automated confirmations or instant resolutions are provided. Each case is handled with individual review and communication.

7. Recurring Billing Disclaimer

StratFinance does not support automatic recurring billing on the website. Subscription renewals are handled manually through direct communication. No charges are processed without user confirmation.

8. Cancellation Without Refund

Users may cancel future access at any time, but cancellation does not automatically qualify for a refund. Platform access will remain available through the paid period unless otherwise confirmed.
